Hey guys!

So I've submitted a lot of stuff to NewGrounds in my day, both animation stuff and game stuff. However, I've recently moved on to mobile development and have just released my latest app, Stick Nodes.

It's currently only for Android devices (if the app does well enough I will also release an iOS version). Here's the link to the app on Google Play and here's the Pro version (no ads/watermark).

What is Stick Nodes?
The simple answer is this: Pivot for mobile devices.

The long answer is this: Stick Nodes is a simple-yet-robust stickfigure animation app created with mobile devices in mind. Here are some of the key features:
- Automatic frame-tweening turned on/off with the click of a button.
- Great variety in segment shape types allows for greater creativity.
- Color/scale on a per-segment basis - easily color your stickfigures.
- Ability to create, save, import, and share stickfigures you create.
- Compatibility with Pivot-created .stk files (version 2.2.7 and earlier).
- Pinch-to-zoom to make animating more convenient and simple.
- Forward and backward onion-skinning for precise animating.
- Clean, simple interface created with mobile devices in mind.
- More stuff I'm forgetting...

So there you have it, would love to get some feedback/ratings and see what you guys can come up with.

Hey guys, hows it goin'?

Last night, after hours of transferring and modifying files, I finally got version 5.0 of my site, ForTheLose.org up and running. It's running on Wordpress and I made the theme from scratch myself.

The site is going to start focussing strictly on Web Design and Wordpress related topics, so if you like the site, why not bookmark it too?

I'll also be periodically releasing Wordpress themes. (Speaking of which, check my Themes page for two themes I already have up and available for the public.)

Thanks for any comments or suggestions ;)

Now that I'm actually writing this post, I'm beginning to wonder why I'm doing it. Newgrounds has nothing to do with Wordpress and/or Web Design.

Ah, whatever. Maybe there's a few of you out there that are serious about web design (Bob :3)

Anyway, just the other day I released a premium Wordpress theme to the public. (Premium, aka $$$). Usually premium themes of this awesomeness are about $250+, but I just released mine at a mere $49 for a nice "Grand Release" price.

For those of you that know anything about Wordpress, I made sure this theme was top of the line. Theme Options page on the Dashboard, multiple color schemes, post image thumbnails, optional built-in Twitter and Flickr widgets, and alot more.

If you're not too busy, I'd love some feedback! (Or maybe even a purchase ;D)

Go.

FIRST:
Madness Day was awesome this year. I really wanted to participate with HQ Madness 2, but I ran out of time. Looking at the winners though, I wouldn't have stood a chance anyway :)

SECOND:
I just released version 4.0 of my site today. Go over to it and check it out. It's sportin' a brand-friggn new design that looks so sexy, you may just start humping it.

ForTheLose.org has a new flash banner that I added to the site yesterday. I think it came out pretty shnazzy lookin. It only appears on the index page and only automatically plays once per visitor. If you visit the site again, you'd have to hit the 'Replay' button to view it again.

Anyway, I just wanted to get some public feedback on what you guys thought of it.
Also, when it's okay to use the F-word.

From the newspost on the site, cause I'm too lazy to write anything new :D -

So, whats new about the site?

I'm 100% more proud of this template compared to the old one for a number of reasons. The biggest reason, and probably the one you guys care about the least, is the fact that the site is xhtml and css valid to the w3 standards. (Note: CSS isn't 100% valid, but it's not my fault. It's from the stylesheet that I downloaded for the contact forms, I didn't actually write it. My stylesheet for the site is totally correct.) For those of you that aren't web designers and/or don't know what this means, it basically means that I didn't "take any shortcuts" and made sure that the code I used to create this site is 100% correct. No errors or flaws.

This template also sports a much cleaner and more appealing layout. This is one of the major aspects of the site I wanted to work on. Version 2 was much too small and compact, and the sidebar was cluttered as hell. This brings me to my other point. I removed the annoying (and ugly) Bidvertiser ads from the site. They weren't making me any money and were just taking up space. I'm going to keep Text-Link-Ads, as they are doing well for me, $30 a month.

One more point about the layout that I think is really cool is the way I incorporated our characters all around the site. I think it gives the site a little more personality than just a regular generic wordpress theme.

A new feature added to the site is the wordpress plugin OIO publisher. I'll make a newspost about this GREAT wordpress plugin later this week, but what it basically does is help anyone who wants to advertise their site/product on ForTheLose.org do so with incredible ease and on a timely fashion. You can have your banner listed over on the sidebar for 31 days for only $5 a month, or have a text link under "Forthelose.org Friends" for just $2 for 31 days, more info on the Advertise page.

I think I basically covered all of the bases... Besides the small things, like the list of tags and topics in the sidebar to help you users navigate the site easier, I think thats all to talk about.

So, what do you guys think?
